Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using DD Pilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of the service

DD Pilot is a software product that helps users assess local lead generation opportunities using search, competition, and market signals. Reports are provided as decision-support outputs, not as tailored legal, financial, or business advice.

No guarantee of results

Assessments are based on the data available at the time they are generated. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, customer demand, or business outcomes.

Your decisions and responsibility

You remain responsible for how you use the service and for any business, SEO, marketing, or investment decisions you make based on it. You should use your own judgment before acting on any report.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape the product at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits, or use the service in a way that is unlawful or harmful to others.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, non-payment, security risk, or breach of these terms.

Payments

If paid plans are offered, billing and payment processing may be handled by Stripe. Your use of any paid plan may also be subject to the relevant checkout, billing, or subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

DD Pilot, its software, branding, reports, and underlying materials remain the property of Local Lead Generation Ltd or its licensors, except for content and inputs you provide. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes in line with these terms.

Changes to the service

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We may also change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages, or for losses arising from business decisions made using the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if you have not paid us anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms will apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
